These Terms of Use govern access to and use of the Moai - Workout Planner application and its related services. By creating an account or using Moai, you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy.
1. Identification
Moai is provided by 56.265.921 CAIO HENRIQUE DA SILVA OLIVEIRA, registered under CNPJ no. 56.265.921/0001-30, trading as Moai Labs ("Moai", "we", "us").

2. Purpose of the application
Moai provides tools to organize workouts, log sets, repetitions and loads, track statistics, access exercises, and synchronize account data.
Moai is intended for informational and organizational purposes. It does not replace assessment, prescription, or supervision by a physician, physical education professional, physiotherapist, nutritionist, or other qualified professional. Before starting or changing an exercise routine, consider your health condition and seek professional advice when necessary.
3. Account and user responsibilities
You are responsible for keeping your access credentials confidential and for providing truthful, complete, and up-to-date information. Do not use Moai for unlawful purposes, to violate third-party rights, or to attempt to compromise service security.
You are responsible for selecting, performing, and adapting the exercises recorded in the application. Stop the activity and seek appropriate care if you feel pain, discomfort, or any sign of risk.
4. Plans, advertising, and features
Moai may offer a free plan and paid plans, including Moai Pro. The free plan may include advertising and usage limits. The features, limits, price, trial period, renewal conditions, and other conditions of a paid plan are presented in the application and on the purchase screen before you subscribe.
We may update plan features, limits, and availability. Changes affecting an active subscription will follow the app store rules and applicable law.
5. Subscriptions and payments
On Android, subscriptions are processed through Google Play. Billing, any free trial period, automatic renewal, cancellation, refunds, and purchase restoration follow Google Play rules and flows.
Moai uses RevenueCat to manage subscription status between the application and Google Play. RevenueCat does not process payment for your purchase.
You can manage or cancel a subscription in Google Play subscription settings. Cancellation stops future charges; access to paid features remains until the end of the already paid period or trial, as informed by the store. Deleting your Moai account does not cancel a Google Play subscription.
6. Content and intellectual property
The application, its visual identity, text, interfaces, exercise catalog, videos, code, and other materials are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, rent, decompile, or otherwise exploit Moai or its content without prior written permission, except where permitted by law.
7. Availability and changes
We seek to keep Moai available and functional, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may perform maintenance, updates, and corrections, suspend features, or discontinue the service, subject to legal obligations and, where applicable, the conditions of active subscriptions.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Moai is not responsible for damages arising from improper performance of exercises, lack of professional guidance, temporary service unavailability, connection failures, misuse of an account, or information provided by the user.
Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be lawfully excluded, including rights provided by consumer protection law.
9. Privacy
The processing of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
10. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms to reflect changes to Moai, its features, or the law. The current version will be available at moailabs.com.br/termos, with the date of the latest update. When a change requires it, we will request renewed acceptance or provide appropriate notice.
11. Governing law and venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. Any dispute will be handled in the consumer's place of residence, where applicable, or in the competent venue established by law.
